Get ready, Dragon Ball fans! Bandai Namco have broken the news earlier this morning that a brand-new Dragon Ball game is in development, and is only known now as Project Z. The game, as we know now, is an action RPG, not unlike games like Legacy of Goku and the Japan-only Dragon Ball Online, and unfortunately, Dragon Ball Z Sagas. While games like Xenoverse have had RPG elements, this game is classified as an “Action RPG”. More information will be revealed at the Dragon Ball FighterZ World Tour Finals at the end of January.

On the other side of the spectrum, Jiren has been teased as the first fighter for Season 2 of the 2018 Fighting Game of the Year, Dragon Ball FighterZ. Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe have teased his inclusion, saying, “The Warrior of Universe 11 joins the fight.” Being a much requested character, Jiren, although divisive, will be a surefire way to relight the fire that has been extinguished for some people.

What do you think of these announcements? Let me know, make sure to follow this blog for more updates on “Project Z“, and don’t forget to STAY TWISTED!
